Anybody see the pilot of sequest this sunday?  The quality of CG shots
has really gone down hill.  The animation was very jerky and fast.  The
shots were alos reused, like on saturday morning cartoons.  The illusion
of depth that was the hallmark of Seaquest's CG.  The Seaquest also has
lost its feeling of size.  There was no sots to emphasize the scale of
the ship as there was in to first season.
By compasrison to the first season the quality has been drastically
reduced.  It appears that they are animatin on twos. However; On the plus
side the writing seems better.  Perhaps they cut back the CG budget and
spent more on the scripting.  Are the same people doning the CG for Seaquest?
My wife who is not into graphics, and doesn't really care for Seaquest
noticed right away that the CG was cheesey.
What did you think of the pilot?
